The Extreme is made very well. Very easy to use, and has plenty of battery life. With only 350watts, it can't run something like a small blender or a small microwave, but it will run small fans, lights, charge electronics, etc. Great for power failures.

Great Item. Lot's of power when you need it. The included Power Adapter is a 5Amp charger. It chargers it fairly quickly. (4 to 5 hours) I always charge the batteries the first time with the wall charger for probably 2 cycles, after that I switch to my solar setup. This product is seriously sturdy. You can just tell when picking it up that they made it to last. There is no flex in the case at all. It is solid. The battery gauge is easy to read from the top. The Power Poles on the side are the standard small powerpoles that they use in Amateur Radio. Nothing blocks the PowerPole setup so you can fashion any design withe PowerPoles that you like. I did wish there was a USB charger built in for up to 2amps, but there is not. I already had created a PowerPoles cable to go to USB 5V so it was not a huge issue. Thanks Goal 0 for making another great product. Keep up the good work and I look forward to your new designs.

I have had trouble with charging this bat pack as well as the smaller, portable unit. Customer service was in no hurry to assist me. Then my universal inverter stopped functioning, I had no reply from the company on what to do about it. To fix it, like the charger that I had to send back for the smaller unit, I would have to send it back on my dime. Money out of my pocket to fix their defective product. I am just not happy with the problems and response of this company. The product would be great, if they worked.
