3.0 out of 5 stars Not totally sold yet, September 14, 2011
This review is from: Bedrug BRQ04SCK 5.5' Rug Truck Bed Liner (Misc.)
Just bought and installed the BedRug in my 2011 GMC Seirra. Looks good, but there are some issues that aren't advertised. They state it is impervious to water, and that may be, but to imply that water and hence ice will not get under it, is a stretch. There are gaps in the material in the corner where it meets the tailgate. Haven't figured out why the manufacturer didn't cut the slits for the cargo hold downs. If these are made for each style truck, they know there are hold downs, and it would be a much easier install without the need to cut. No-brainer! Why the need to zipper the thing together, and not just have it sewn at the factory. Again, these are designed for each individual style truck. Not sure this is worth $398, I was expecting a thicker liner, especially on the bed. At this point I would give it three out of five stars.

Keeps tools and gear clean, stable, quiet and undamaged. Easy on knees when you have to get in the bed to get things. Cleans up nicely. Velcro mounting makes it removable. Closed cell marine foam backing is custom heights to provide smooth bed over contours of metal bed floor. Velcro mounting so you can carefully remove if you need to power wash the carpet or take it out for other reasons. I've put these in two trucks and can't imaging using anything else after my experience - see customer photos.

I was skeptical. Are you ? Fear not. This thing is an incredible product. Spent 90 minutes putting it in. I was very tentative. But this thing fits better than the proverbial glove. What a great product! It really looks almost like a very smooth putting green. Just a little more coarse. Feels great and very very light. I am astounded at how good it looks. I put it in a Silver Crew Max and the BedRug looks like a great color match. I had a friend helping out so if you do it alone, probably two hours. Very impressed so far. It's been in a week or so now. I have seen complaints that BedRug doesn't send you enough of the velcro like material. I had plenty. Go for it.....Local dealers quoted me $450 and $75 to put it in. Skip that stuff. It's very easy.
